This digital one-stop service, managed by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security, simplifies the process of obtaining essential documents with efficiency and ease.
Seamless Application Process
The Tamm platform allows citizens to complete the application process entirely online via its website or mobile application. Applicants must sign in using their UAE Pass, select the appropriate service under the ‘Identity and Citizenship’ section, and submit the required personal details and documents.
For Emirates ID issuance or renewal, a clear and recent photograph is mandatory, along with fingerprinting requirements. Upon successful submission and payment, the new Emirates ID will be delivered within five working days.
For passport services, citizens can select the ‘Issue or Renew Citizen Passports’ option on Tamm. After completing the necessary steps and payment, the passport will be delivered within two working days.
