Position : Sales Manager

Company : IBG

Minimum Experience : 5-8 years in similar field

Minimum Educations : Graduate in Business Management or relevant discipline

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Responsible for advising on BUSINESS SET UP and COMPANY FORMATION solutions to clients for opening business in UAE mainland, free zones and offshore jurisdictions.
  • Manage Sales team, train & coach them to achieve the team sales target
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Preparing action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Source and develop new business opportunities, through one’s own initiative and with the support and direction of management
  • Respond to requests from the client in an efficient and timely manner
  • Maintaining successful and effective relationships with existing customers

Requirements: Speaking and writing fluently in Arabic and/or Chinese Mandarin and/or Russian is a must

Qualification: Recently graduated or near Graduation young professionals.

Experience: Experience or interest in Sales and Marketing sectors would be highly regarded
